Bookings

• A deposit is required to secure your reservation.

• The remaining balance is due the week prior to your reservation date, on Friday.

• For parties booked within the same week of the event, the full balance is due at the time of booking.

• Failure to make payment by the due date may result in cancellation of your booking.

Cancellation Policy

• All bookings are final. No cancellations or refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

Party Reservation Time

• Your reservation begins and ends at the scheduled time, including setup and breakdown.

• Early arrival for setup or staying late after your scheduled time is not permitted.

• The beginning of your reservation should be used for setup and decorating.

• The last 30 minutes must be reserved for cleanup and breakdown.

• Events that run past the scheduled end time will incur additional charges.

• No refunds or credits are given for early finishes or late arrivals.

• Additional time may be requested for an added fee, subject to staff approval and availability.

Decoration Policy

• Guests may decorate using items such as balloons, tablecloths, arches, and marquee letters/numbers, following these guidelines:

• No tape, staples, or adhesives on the walls.

• Furniture must remain in its original placement.

• Decorations must complement the space and not alter its design.

• All decorations must be approved in advance to ensure they align with the venue’s aesthetic.

Capacity

• Exceeding the guest capacity outlined in your package will result in additional charges.

Cleaning

• The last 30 minutes of your reservation must be used for cleaning and breakdown.

• The space must be fully cleaned and vacated by the end of your scheduled time.

• A $50 cleaning fee will be charged for excessive messes (e.g., glitter, makeup spills, etc.).

Common Area Policy

To ensure a smooth experience for all guests:

• No setups or decorations are allowed in common areas, including bathrooms, hallways, and staircases.

• No loitering, food, or drinks are allowed in common areas.

• Please keep shared spaces clear and respectful for others.

Content Studio Usage (If Included in Your Package)

• If included, the Content Studio may be used for up to one hour.

• Reserved for the birthday person or anyone creating content or taking photos.

• No decorations, food, or drinks are allowed inside the Content Studio.

• Guests must return the studio to its original state and remove all trash after use.

Note: The Content Studio is shared with other groups. For a private experience, please inquire about exclusive booking options.

Damages

• Clients are responsible for any damage to the venue, furniture, or equipment during their reservation.

• Costs of repair or replacement due to damage (e.g., stains, spills, burns) will be charged to the client.

Restricted Items & Behavior

• Any disrespectful behavior or violation of studio rules may result in immediate termination of the session without a refund.

• The following items and actions are strictly prohibited:

• Spraying champagne or any other beverages indoors

• Decorations placed on the walls

• Confetti, glitter, or smoke bombs

Age Policy

• All ages are welcome at our facility.

• Minors are prohibited from smoking or consuming alcohol.

• We are committed to a safe and inclusive environment for all guests.

Smoking Disclaimer

• The venue is smoke-friendly for adults only after 9 p.m.

• The facility is cleaned and deodorized daily to maintain a fresh and welcoming environment.

• While we take great care to eliminate smoke traces, we appreciate your understanding.

Photographer/ Videographer (If added to your package)

Videographers and photographers may be added to any party package

Photographer: Captures behind-the-scenes photos and key moments during the event.
Videographer: Music Video

Please note that these services are outsourced and the videographers and photographers do not work directly for our company. While we connect clients with trusted professionals, we are not responsible or liable for the quality, style, timeliness, or outcome of their work.

All communication, creative direction, and post-event deliverables must be handled directly between the client and the hired professional.

If for any reason the photographer or videographer fails to appear, clients will receive a refund for that specific portion of the booking. However, our company is not liable for any disputes, errors, or dissatisfaction related to the services provided by these third-party vendors.

• Use of the space and equipment is at the client’s own risk.

• Clients agree to return the studio and its contents in the same condition as received.

• Clients are responsible for any legal violations, including parking tickets and citations, during their session.

• We are not responsible for personal belongings left behind. Unclaimed items will be discarded.

• If any dangerous or negligent activity occurs, the session may be terminated immediately without refund.
